suby's have coils like that. r there any cons in doing this?</TD></TR></TABLE>
everyone has coil setps like that. my first car back when i was in 10th grade a 98' Suzuki Sidekick had that setup. the funny thing was, it said Mitsubishi all over it lol

im assuming that of the 3 wires one is a chassi ground and assuming that one would be positve from the CDI and what woudl the other be for ?
thanks for the help </TD></TR></TABLE>
there is allot wiring than that. when you buy the c2di it has a diagram in it. you have to wire 4 coil outputs of the ecu to the 4 coil inputs on the c2di. the wire the 4 coil outputs from the c2di to the 4 coils. the c2di has 2 540V outputs. one of those outputs goes to coil 1 and 3. the other goes to 2 and 4. you have to run 2 wires to the battery( one positive and one negative). plus 2 switched 12v sources. thats all the wiring for direct firing if you standalone has 4 coil outputs. if your standalone has 2 coil outputs then you can run waste spark and the wiring is different. then program your ems so it knows when to fire the coils.

is there only one ecu out pu tor is there 4? i would have though there is only one in the s\dizzy since it would delagate where the spark was going ..then i thought the cdi would do the same thing
as far as the other wiring goes i already acounted for all that stuff..
so coils have a positive and negitive and a trigger wire ..makes sence
also do you know how long the coil on plugs are ...trying to find some that fit the h22 head ..thanks again any more info you have would be great
cant thank you enough
