Default increasing displacement on a B18C

If I went with 84mm sleeves, and 84mm pistons, could I effectively increase my displacement to 1.9L (as per C-speed calculation)?

Is there anything else needed in this, or is it as simple as buying sleeves and pistons?

Also, when you resleeve a block with a set of darton (or GE) closed deck sleeves, is it possible to retain the factory oil squirters?

Thanks for the info.
I've built toyota and chevy motors before, but this will be my first Honda (and it's my own )

the cheapest way to get a *1.9L* B-series motor is to bore an LS out to 81.5mm ... don;t have to go 84mm with the GSR

"chevy motors" no wonder your first mod is increasing displacement ... heh

or use a B18C block bored to 81.5mm and use an LS/CRV crank, that way you get to keep the oil squirters and crank girdle
