Default Ignition timing question.

Ok, my distributor is all the way advanced (turned toward the firewall) and Im getting 18degrees base timing at idle. Of course this is done with the service connector jumped.

Is this normal?

BTW distributor is off a B16a and motor is GSR B18c

Hmm i shall investigate. Seems like it might be off one tooth. Would that drastically affect performance?
