Ignition timing on a d16z6...HELP

Default Ignition timing on a d16z6...HELP

when i put the timing light on my motor, at idle its at the tdc mark.. and at 3k its at the last line on the pulley.. does that sound right..

also which line is the stock one??

Warm the engine up completely, make sure the idle speed is properly set, jump the service check connector and set the timing to the center red mark. (For stock timing.)
