Ignition prob please HELP

Ignition prob please HELP
if anyone has any ideas please respond, im getting code 15 on my ECU on my b16 which is ignition output signal, i checked if theres power to the distrubutor there is, also to the igniter, and to the coil, i check the ecu and all the fuses, and still no spark can anyone give me a tip on what to do
