Default If some negative camber is good for handling, why...

Why did my '03 V6 Accord come from the factory with between 0° to +0.2° camber in the front, and between +0.5° to +0.7° camber in the rear? Far as I can tell, those are real close to being correct facory specs. Seems to me if I lower it about 1.5" I'll then have a little negative, which should be a good thing, right?
