Ok, this is for a b18c5 in a EK. The thing runs great and all, but it idles at about 1500 when cold. When it gets warmed up, the idle rises and it starts to surge between about 1200 and 2000. I checked for vac leaks and bled coolant numerous times, also adjusted TPS. Still the same. Not throwing a single CEL. When I plug the IACV hole in the TB, the idle drops down to what sounds like about normal...maybe a little low. Would this be a bad IACV? Can I just block off the IACV with a plate or something ?
