Default idle trouble

I have the Skunk2 Stage 2 cams along with a VAFC. When I got it dynoed, it idled fine. I installed a Skunk2 chip, and put the VAFC back to default, so I didn't run lean. I just installed a new Exedy clutch and Toda flywheel (which I love by the way), and now the idle goes to down to like 400, and bounces back to 800..It happens intermintenly. My cam gears are at 0,0. What could be causing this? I going to get it redynoed this Friday. Should that correct it?

thanks

u can take some carb cleaner and spray it around the intake manifold and various hoses that are attached to it, if there is a leak the engine idle will fluctuate a lil. since it will be able to suk the carb cleaner in from the leak where u sprayed it. forgot to say with the engine running.
