Default IDLE problem with a chipped p28

Hey was up i have a 99 GSR i converted from OBDII to OBDI and im running a chipped P28 with the Skunk2 program and my car idles around 700 and lower how can i fix that???

on the Throttle Body, there is small sized screw switch controls the idle speed.

If it's just idling low (and not jumping around), then just adjust your throttle cable with a 10mm wrench on the throttle cable bracket, on the manifold. That'll give you more play and then fine-tune it with the idle screw on the TB.

If your idle is jumping around from like 400-1000 rpms, then you either have a vacuum leak or a bad chip in your ECU (or bad soldering job of the chip and it's components).
