Default Idle problem with B20VTEC.

It's winter here. -10 degrees by Celsius.

B20VTEC stock
P06 ECU modified to VTEC.
Crome Pro
O2 disable
B16A2 injectors
All ready one month since run fine.
Dyno:

One morning after engine warm up, engine lost idle. The rev arrow drop to 0 and engine shut down. When engine warming there was no any signs of problem.

Ignites good with pressing to accelerator and car run fine. But no idle. Just release the accelerator and engine off at some 300rpm. No cells.

Realize the fact that engine shut down of over fuel. Connect with ECU and find out that engine idling at 403-519mbar where was some 5 ms of injector opening time. For some reason it can't get in to 288mbar range.

Get a stable idle when low down of fuel to 3 ms time. Stable 750 rpm. But still engine in 403mbar range and working strange.

So, we check seems like everything.
Distributor, get all new parts for it, change throttle, electronic idle valve, map sensor, water sensors, spark plugs. Measure the compression, it's perfect and the same in all cylinders.

Could timing belt jump for one tooth? Why there are too much pressure in IM?

Any help appreciate!

Find the problem! Gotcha!

The timing belt jump for one tooth on intake cam gear. Don't know how dose it could happened! All new parts, tensioner, belt. Maybe was not tide the mine bolt on tensioner. Low temperatures and vibrations could release it?
