Default identifying vtec cams?

so a box of honda goodies was given to me and these cams that came in it have no serial number or any type of indication. it doesnt seem like they have been run at all and they do have three lobes which lead me to believe they are for vtec.

i was going to put it on a lathe with a dial indicator to measure the lift but whatever.

any ideas? i can get measurements if that works.

It might help if you post a bit more of the info on them, like where they came from, etc. Is the distributor notch on the exhaust or intake cam..stuff like that....

Look again dude, with the dist on the intake cam it can't be H, so it is most likely B stuff.

How are you sure of which is the intake cam?

fits in a P72 head that we have at school, so a set of GSR cams? looks stock though.

do stock cams have a stamp "C" on them? on a set of H23 cams, they have PT2 stamped on them

just cause it fits in a gsr head doesn't mean they are gsr cams, itr cams will also fit in a gsr head, so will b16 cams.
