Default Identifying BLOCK casting numbers, not head?

I am trying to ID where my block was manufactured.
i have 2 b20 engines, and I am trying to find a way to ID where they were made.

honda manufactured them in 2 places:
japan and (I think it’s) Thailand.

i know heads have casting number for year/manufacturing plant/etc but idk how the blocks work.

would they “share” the same casting information because the heads were made in the same factory, do they have their own numbers specific to the block, or are they even identifiable at all?

this probably seems like a silly thing to want to know, but it’s important to me.

i have searched google, and forums threads for the info, and while I came across multiple threads talking about this, they were all about head casting numbers and not blocks.

please educate me, I’m a bit lost.

thanks in advance guys
