ice box and skunk2 mainfold need help

i bought a skunk2 mainfold for a gsr and comptech icebox for a type r which short ram inke do i need to connect the two off the them one for a type r or one for an ls

what else do i need to make the gsr throttle body work such a misc brackets and/or cables
