IACV wiring
On the EG harness, there are two wires for IACV, Blue/Yellow and Yellow/Black. The Yellow/Black is supposed to get 12V and the Blue/Yellow goes to the ECU, correct? Well I'm getting 10V at the Blue/Yellow wire and nothing at Yellow/Black. WTF
