Ok I have a b16b in my 1992 si hatch and my idle stays around 1500-2000 all the time. when unplug the iacv it goes to normal. but i have no cel's at all also NO vacuum leaks at all . but today i got curious and jumped the ecu jumper and it threw a cel 14 iacv.

Even know im not throwing a cel for it could it be my problem and why wouldnt it throw a cel but when i jup it it say code 14?
