Default IACV...control first gear idle???

i recently swapped an LS/VTEC into my DA with lightened flywheel and stage 3 clutch. when starting out slowly in first gear, such as in a parking lot is almost impossible becauewhen youlet the clutch out a little bit the rpms drop down to like 500, and the car bucks, making it look like i have no idea how to drive standard. my question is, will cleaning the IACV help solve this problem????

The ECU controls the idle. Once you apply throttle, the idle circuit is no longer active. I would look into a mis-adjusted TPS, etc.
