I keep getting a cel for code 14 IACV. The idle is high and flutuating badly. But the idle is back to normal at 500 with the iacv is unplugged. I cleaned it with carb cleaner to get the dirt buildup out. And still the same. I can only figure that the iacv is bad and needs to be replaced.
