Default IACV advice

i am at a crossroad. i am using CBR ITBs and i need to make a decision on whether to keep the valve, or to eliminate it. i can disable it in Neptune.
how much drivability is lost with it gone?

i know a few guys without one and it's honestly not that bad. i'm thinking about doing it too just to avoid cleaning the damn thing.

the issue is, i can't simply disable it now and then add it on later, i am making the vacuum log and i either make the provisions for it now (PITA) or forget about it altogether.

cant make a fitting and plug it for future use?

i assume you'll be tuning using alpha-N and not the map? how often do you drive the crx? if it's just a weekend warrior i wouldnt even think twice and delete it.

i haven't driven it in months. i plan on driving it daily. and as far as fabrication goes, i would need to make a plate that accommodates the valve, with its appropriate air routing.

since it will be a boosted car, i will have to use a blend of alpha-n and MAP tuning.
