Default IAC valve on an ITR manifold...

ok, well i have a 94 B18C SiR-G motor in my 92 hatch. i picked up an ITR manifold that was custom welded to a GSR flange for 100 bucks. i installed the sucker today and when i went to swap the IACV, only one of the bolts lined up to the ITR mani. well i got the IACV lined up as close as possible and tightened it down as tight as i could. when i started it the idle was really high like 3000 rpm, and it came down to about 2500 and then dropped to 1500, then up to 2500 on and on and on...so my question is, could it be that the IACV is not seating properly causing this fluctuation in idle? if so what IACV can i use on the ITR mani besides an ITR? will B16A work? oh yeah im running a chipped P72, and it was running fine b4 switching the manifold please help a brotha out...TIA

i figured it out, using the wrong TB gasket. i am using a 98 ITR gasket and i need a 94 GSR one, i guess the ITR gasket doesnt cover the bottom part of the GSR TB and it was just creating a huge vacuum leak...oh well..thanks
