Default I think somethings seriously wrong....a question for the wise

So i come home one day after work, nothing different with the car, leave it in front of my house. I go out later to start it an nothing happens. So i first thought my starter was dead. Tested it while it was on the car, put 12v to the small wire on the starter, nothing. So i got another starter, put it on, did nothing. So i checked my old starter out of the car and it worked just fine. Im getting power to the starter, nothings cracking or making a sound. So i turn my ignition on, get out of the car, send 12v to the small wire (which should start the car and have it runing) but nothing happens.

Long story short, i think something is ceased in my motor. it rolled down my driveway into my garage fine in neutral, but now its in the garage i put it in 1st gear and tried turning the motor over (dont kno how hard it is to do) and it just moves the cam gears alittle bit, nothing to satisfy me. I know the ignition works, it gets power so i think somehting is ceased or f'd up Thanks to whoever reads this and/or gives their opinion.

p.s. 93 del sol, jdm b16 swap, 94 del sol hydraulic tranny (just bought like a month ago with 60,xxx miles, had a mechanic check it out before i put it in my car, gm synchro mesh w/ friction modifier fluid)

Motors just dont seize by themselves.

Turn the motor a few revolutions by hand. i dont know what you meant by only the cam gears moved == and not enough to 'satisfy you'. Its not supposed to be sexually pleasuring.

lol, well ive gotten it to move, put it in 3rd, it cracnks over but not without reaching a point, grabing alittle (and torquing the engine just a bit) then it releases from that point like it gets stuck and lets go, not smooth at all. This is a f'n bitch...

So does the starter solenoid kick out but the engine won't crank over. is that what you are trying to say? Is there any noise from the starter when you try to crank it or 'apply 12 volts'?

i dunno what the hell is different, put a batter charger on, 100 amp start, started right up. Did the SAME EXACT THING before and it didnt work. Gotta be a ground wire, so i sanded the ground wire, the bracket and where it hit the tranny (pianted the tranny but i sanded that spot off to bare metal). I must be a fudrukn retard...

Thanks for the help everyone, preciate mucho
