like the topic said i have a big problem i have a 1998 acura ls integra but we swaped it to d15b i took it to shop and they cant figure out whats wrong with it. it wont pop v-tech damn the 80 year old lady that i bought the motor from said it will pop mad v-tech with the type-r cams i dont know what to do help

you swapped your 1.8L non-vtec for a 1.5L sohc vtec? am i correct?

Added: Sounds like a sticking Flux Capacitor. Try some WD-40 Around the joint right above the Canooter Valve. That might help ya ...rofl
