Ok, I got my coilovers from Ground Control last Wednesday, and put them on Thursday.

This is my set up :
Koni Yellows all around
Ebiach Springs (ERS)/ Ground Control
Ground Control Sleeves
Rates: 400 front 500 rear

I installed them according to the directions, did everything they said. I did not mix and match any parts everything was done properly. I adjusted the ride hight to what was approperate. Everything was working great until i was tuning them/ testing them at an autox.

Problems
1. When I turn and the "loaded" side become unloaded the spring comes off/ out of the top struts.
2. I have the stock GS-R sway bar but i have a ITR rear on order.
3. When i drive the car around town (rarely but its the only one with gas in it at the moment) and do the one wheel over and going up driveways as not to srap it you know what i mean. I can hear distinctly the spring coming out, and going back in. Sounds like a <U>loud</U> poping noise coming from the rear corner.

Question
1. What can i do out side of bigger sway bar, helper springs, and zip ties to cure this problem.
2. Any one with this setup for a Integra can you tell me how tall your back springs are I think I may have recieve to short of spring, I need the measurements


P.S. I called ground control to ask them about this and to get a wrench. You want to know what their answer was to every question, and every suggestion I made. I installed them wrong, I was told that their system was perfect in design and what they say it does it does. I was also told I could under no circumstance unload the suspension in the rear, it was virtually impossible. I was also told i did not need a wrench. Yeah try telling me that after the fronts were drivin on and the weight had mad them impossible to turn.

I will go pull my suspension out and reinstall it, its no big deal I just wanted some some opinions and some helpful advice. Thanks in advance.
