Well, this past weekend while racing my car at the Battle Of The Imports, I messed up my car . After I launched the car on my last run, I was coming towards the end of 2nd gear(8200 rpm) and I shifted too late. The motor bounced off the revlimiter 3-5 times and I shifted to 3rd. As soon as I was in 3rd, the car felt dirt slow and it sounded like a Lawnmower. Immediately I knew that one of my plug wires came off. The car lost ALL power and turned off shortly after that. I rolled to a stop and popped my hood. Sure enough one of my plug wires was off the distributor cap. I noticed that the metal contact that sticks out of the plug wire was gone!! I looked inside and it had a white powdery substance in the plug and the distributor cap. The white substance is only on the plug that came out.


Now I was able to look at the car today, and it turns over, but does not start. I tested for spark and I wasnt getting any spark. I also checked to see if my coil was up to spec and it was (primary .8, Secondary 12.85). I still have not purchased new plug wires. What the hell did I do to my car?
