I NEED A QUICK TORQUE SPEC

I need the torque spec for the bolt on the top of my front strut tower/shock assembly....for more clarification, there are 3 bolts on your strut, 2 on the sides and 1 in the middle, I need the one in the middle...thanks guys...

Assuming you have a 2000 Civic as your name implies...Helms says 22 lb-ft.
