Default I need help with an ECU

Ok I am getting a GSR swap soon, and most likely it will be an OBD2 b18c swap. Now I have a question on what should I do about the ECU situation. First of all I am going to be puttting in a skunk2 intake manifold into the GSR motor before I install it most likely. So since the Skunk2 intake mani has only single runner intake and not dual like the gsr mani what should do as far as ECU goes? I only want to use an OBD1 computer so I need to know what route is best for me to go to get this thing to run correctly with a normal GSR setup with basic bolt on's for now. I was thinking about keeping my p28 ecu and just getting it chipped and reprogrammed to run a program to get everything running properlly. But any suggestions on what I should get if I choose that route? Also what is a good vtec crossover point. I believe stock kicks in at 5800rpms, so would lowering the VTEC crossover give me any gains, etc? Thanks for the help guys.
