I need help bad!!!

I have a 94 Honda Accord and for some weird reason my car started running lean gas and on idle the car sound like it's going to die.. does anybody know what going on?? or what wrong with my car????

yea my sisters car does this too from time to time. if u reset the ecu its fine for a few days and then it comes back. changed plugs, wires, and fuel filter. its a 99 accord ex I4
