i didnt know where else to take this topic so im hoping someone in here can really help me out!!!!
So i bout this coupe that was sitting in my friends driveway for like ever and it has absolutly NO paper work wat so ever i mean literally nothing....so does anyone know if theres a way i can find out the last registered owner is so i can get release of the vehicle??? or do think maybe goin to the police station to see if theres anything they can do cuz i know its illegal in the state of california to purchase a vehicle without paperwork and i dont wanna have to give it up lol f!@k that....please let me know i really need help
