I want to go ALL MOTOR for a year or two. I was looking into an all motor setup with a JDM K20 type-R but my punk a$$ brother beat me to it!! He has a 99 coupe HX. So, now I am thinking SPOON like I did a few years ago. I'm not a spoiled rich kid, but I do have a job that PAYS so I am looking around to spend money and get my moneys worth ya know? I'm a little old (so i've been told) by the younger boys that 28 is too old to be in the import scene, shoot, us OLD folks developed the tuner scene, the younger generation is just perfecting it!!
PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS OF A SOURCE FOR A SPOON ENGINE, SHOOT AN E-MAIL AT ME. THANKS HONDA LOVERS!!!

for the amount of money your gonna spend on a POS spoon engine you can build a motor that will spank it in every way possible.
save your money and build something else.

Toda > Spoon?

But any of those crate motors are overpriced, you can get as much power with pistons, rod bolts and cams, and regular bolt ons.

You certainly don't speak and write like a 28 year old. Please take the advice and listen to what others have said. For less than the price of a genuine Spoon motor, you can have one built (or build one yourself) that will be faster/better in almost every way.
Spoon is good for the name. If you want to impress people, (i.e.: people that don't know much at all), then get a Spoon motor. If you want to impress people who actually know about building engines/speed/etc, then build one using other parts.
You'll save your pockets and save face yourself when you get beat by someone who spent thousands less.

Damn you : ) cause im 27 and i cant't get away from my hondas. Build a bad a$$ motor and get a yellow valve cover and just tell everyone you have a spoon motor if you really want one that bad.
