Default I need advice and quick!

Yesterday I was doing a timing belt before i drop my motor. I had an alan key and a pin holder insert into the holes in both cams to keep them at TDC. When i was reinstalling the pulley on the crank the alan key snapped and when i picked it up a little piece had chipped off. I already removed the cam plate over the cam and used a magnet the try to fish it out and I got alittle piece but I am not sure whether there is more or not. What should I do now? I'd rather not take the whole motor apart but I will if I absolutely have to....Suggestions
