Default Hydro tranny in my CRX?

I bought a hydro tranny for my crx and have been searching for the best way to go about using it. I found very little info on it. Should I buy a kit and use the cable, or change out the pedal assemble and run hydro lines. Also what mount do I use since I am using a place racing mount kit and cross member. Any info will help, thanks.

the hasport kit is best, it comes with the tranny mount and clutch cable assembly kit to convert.

I don't think the hasport tranny mount is compatible with the place racing left and rear mounts. Hasport does sell the cable/hydro thingy separatly from the mounts.
Have you seen this thread on the hasport kit?

Do you know if the hasport mounts make the motor sit more foward as opposed to the place kit. Because I can afford to lose anymore space up front for turbo room.

hey man there is a way to convert your cable speed-o to a electronic one. my friend has a rex and he put a gsr cluster in it. i think he ran a wire from the ecu to the cluster. if your interested i'll ask him how he did it and reply on your thread. peace

The hasport motor mount your engine will be back more towards the firewall and with place racing mounts I dont know where the engine sit maybe in the middle. But you have the crossmember from placeracing so you shold have extra room for the turbo and with the hydro convertion just but the kit from hasport should be like 275 or something like that.

And are you converting your obd-0 to obd-1?

its already obd1 so I may be abe to just wire the vss from the ecu...I guess. but if the hasport mount kit sits the engine more towards the firewall I may just go with it.

hey man my friend said that all you need to do is find the wire on your cluster that recieves the input from the vss and run a wire from your cluster to the ecu (you will need to find a wiring diagram and find the wire that represents the vss). basically you are running a code 17 because you bypassed the ecu input. if you have any other questions then hit me back. peace
