Hydraulic Release Barings

hey i was wondering you think i could get a tiltion Hydraulic Release Barings and make it work with a CM twin disk setup?

I believe that i read somewhere that they will work with most any twin disc setup.

also are these legal in NDRA and NHRA street class????
