I've pm'd them multiple times and emailed them on occation and boy are they slow. I'm talking like a month to get a response.

give tom a call... thats what i did and my injectors came in less then a week

 

I hear good things about Tom. I assume he is very busy, and thats why it takes time to get back sometimes.

I ordered some GE dowel pins. Even though for some reason they didn't work on my CRvtec.... they came quick, and he has great customer service.

You all have to understand, he runs this pretty much by himself i believe.

He's a hard working person, and he's doing the best he can.

 

He's not very quick to answer emails or IM's. I'm assuming he's very busy! I found that the best way is just to call him. He always answers his phone!

I CALLED TOM on Friday at 2PM Est. I received my parts today (Monday)
