I looking to understand how to read the specs and find my optimum power range. Recently sent a D16Y7 Camshaft off to Crower for a regrind. And requested an aggressive street cam grind w/ a stock valve train. This is the cam specs i recieved 266 Duration w/ 323 Lift-intake / 260 Duration w/ 296 Lift-Exhaust. I would like to figure out what my power range(RPM) is ? Such as when the came pulls from and too. How would i figure this out or do i have to Dyno it to find out? I appreciate any help I can get.
