The bar I got didnt come with instructions.
I got it from http://www.rojaengineering.com
Very nice looking bar

i'm curious as to why certain torque on the nuts would make any difference at all. If you get it to where they are tight enough to where it doesn't move, wouldn't that be good enough. I just don't see how that would make a difference since once you get it on it makes the body flex less. how would it change anything if the nuts holding it on were to be tighter?

Aigh!! silly newbies. Different bolts have different torque specs because they do different jobs. A strut bar isn't subject to the same stresses (vibration, heat...)as a lca bolt, or a wheel lug nut. Also some of the threads they attach to are softer or harder. If you torque too much you will strip it, less and it will come loose. Put 250 ft/lbs of torque on you spark plugs and see what happens. Put 1 lbs/ft on it and you will have fun. hope that helps.....I'm going to sleep.

i'd say tighten the bolts to the torque they were set at, look at a manual for your car for the exact torque.
also jack your car up so your struts / shocks are extended when you install the bar, this way you are maximizing the performance your bar will give.
