Instruction on How to Test Brisk Spark Plug

return to HOME page

Testing Medium/Tool = YOUR CAR

Purpose of Test = To see the differences of 'Spark Characteristic' between BRISK Premium Spark-Plug, your original spark-plug and other so-call performance spark-plug.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR LATE MODEL CARS WITH DIRECT IGNITION SYSTEM
How to tell = Late model cars did not use spark-plug cable. It is run by spark-plug socket and ignition coil directly per spark-plug.

IF YOU WANT TO SEE HOW BEAUTIFUL THE "FIREWORKS SHOW" FROM BRISK PREMIUM SPARK-PLUG, PERFORM THIS TEST AT NIGHT OR LOW LIGHT CONDITION

FORGET ABOUT BUYING NEW CAR WITH TWIN-SPARK PER CYLINDER SYSTEM. WITH BRISK PREMIUM MULTIPLE SPARK SPARK-PLUG YOUR 10 YEARS OLD CAR CAN OPERATE AS MANY AS TRIPLE SPARK-PLUG PER CYLINDER.
SOME CUSTOMERS CLAIMED THEY COUNT MORE THAN THREE SPARK PER IMPULSE WHEN THEY TEST BRISK PREMIUM SPARK PLUG ON THEIR CAR.

THE QUESTION IS = HOW IT FEELS (Your Car Power Improvement) WITH BRISK SPARK-PLUG !

Step 1

Switch off your engine, take out the ignition key. Open engine bonnet. If engine is too hot, leave it for 30 minutes with bonnet open to cool it down.

Step 2

Disconnect one spark-plug cable adapter (or socket) from any of the cylinders. Install BRISK or the spark-plug you want to test into the socket. (Make sure you hear click sound, as this will assure the spark-plug lock into the socket).

Step 3

Now get your friend to hold the socket with his right hand and EARTH or ground the spark-plug body to any metal parts on the engine. The spark from the spark plug will only come out when you earth the spark plug body to engine metal parts, such as brackets or screw or nuts.

Now, you go to put in the ignition key (Male Sure Gear is in Neutral), ask your friend to get ready, then shout "Starting Engine" ! Then you go to your friend and check if the spark plug is producing spark. It should if ground properly. Now you can see the difference between BRISK and other spark plug.

NOTE: The engine may run roughly due to one cylinder is not firing, because you have disconnect one spark-plug cable. But do not worry, it will not harm the engine as long as you do not let it run like that for too long. DO NOT REV THE ENGINE while you checking the spark. JUST LET IT RUN IDLE.

BRISK PREMIUM produce multiple sparks at one IGNITION IMPULSE as standard or other so-call performance spark-plug only produce ONE SPARK at one ignition impulse. BRISK spark-plug is like machine-gun. One trigger hit release few bullets. Normal spark-plug is like a pistol. One trigger hit release only one bullet.

Note: Make sure your friend hold the plastic or rubber part of the socket, NOT the metal part of the spark-plug, otherwise he may get electric shock. Don't worry, the shock will not harm, except just scares you. If you worry or not used to it, buy a rubber glove and ask your friend to wear it. Then it is perfectly save.

Umm lengthy......any instructions on how to boil water??..haha

I would recommend disconnecting fuel injectors so the car doesnt start period..you can check the spark still with the fuel disconnected...I like to use a set of rubber coated pliers to hold the spark plug wire when grounding it...could possibly get zapped....some people like the feeling too...but I choose to pass on that..
