I had to put a new (universal) cat on my JDM teg to get it thru emissions, the old one was dead. The original stock JDM cat was a cast metal one and the new one is light s/s in coinstruction and has made my mugen exhaust/DC JDM 4-1 sound like utter ****...so it has to go. I managed to get my hands on a JDM 'Phase' testpipe to bolt straight on, but will need to keep the cat for next emission test in two years, how do i store it? I'd imagine it would be better to store it in a warm dry place but i cant find a definitive answer anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas/tips???
