what do i have to remove to replace my cam seal the reason i ask is because i read in a car repair book that you have to remove your cam and rocker arms is this true or is there an easier way. thanks i have a b18c

 

you don't need to remove the rocker arms. Just remove the cam caps and T-belt & cam gears for the two seals on the belt side.

 

take the valve cover off and the first cam bracket...its a 10 mm....then take the old one out and put the new one in....its simple
