Hey i was wondering if anyone could give me some help, i'm a newbie at this and i wanted to do the work by myself i have a 00' gsr motor and i want to remove the hydro tranny and sell it so i can buy a cable one and put it on the motor so i can swap it into my car... anyone have any pointers as to how to remove the transmission from the car? should i drain the tranny fluid first? is there anything i should watch out for?

 

yes on the fluid and what kind of car is this in? you got all the tools you need?
