i have a B16A with PR3 ECU in my EF hatch. I have done a few swaps before but have never had CEL problems. I need to know how to read the codes becuase my cluster led only stays on it doesnt blink, so ive got to read the ecu led. i think it looks like it blinks slow once then realy fast 4 times, then it blinks slow twice then back to the first one again. please help

 

Code 14 is iac and 2 is 2nd o2 sensor, check the connections
