How rare is this?

I just came into posession of an RS*R Muffler and tip but it is unwelded. They are 2 seperate pieces. It seems to be the EXMAG muffler but the tip is not slanted like the others i've seen. Has anyone ever seen this before or have I come upon some factory pieces that never got finished? I'll post up pics when I get home
