-take the coilovers out of the front susp. so the car will drop to the ground.
-Unbolt the engine an let it sit on the floor.
- pick up the front of the car and slide the engine from under it.
done it bunch of times, makes is easier to put/ take out the engine from the bottom

when me and my buddy were in our teens, we swapped in a VW watercooled motor into the gti using a tree and rope ... and those motors are much heavier iron blocks, the honda motors are aluminum and much lighter.
wont work if you're by yourself though.
other alternative is to pull off tranny separately then lower motor to the ground with a jack.

Who pulls a motor to swap a timing belt? seriously
My first swap was done under a tree with something called a "bait n tackle",basically just a pulley system, that can hold various weights, works great, locks poisiotn if you need to tighten something, can be done alone, no hard lifting and trees, forklights, support beams are everywhere
I rented mine for 1 week for $20 from autozone

I agree much easier to drop the motor from the bottom then the top,I've done it both ways in the integra's and dropping it from the bottom is much easier.
