Default How much is too much?

The build that i am interested in is a ls/vtec build. I want to know how much i can bore before it becomes unsafe and/or if i will need to resleeve.

The block that I have is a b18A1 block. Pretty standard. However the pistons that I wish to use are 84.5mm pistons (RS b20 84.5 ITR pistons). WIll the bore leave the walls to thin? Or will it be okay?

thin is an understatement.

sleeve the block. or go with a b20. i'd prefer the sleeved b18 block.
