It's a nice gain. You will notice a bigger difference over the first generation B16 opposed to the second generation since the first gen has weak cams.
so the 2nd gen b16 cams have higher lift duration or what. what do you mean by weaker. i thought they were the same.

I dont mean physically weaker, but the first generation B16's cams have a weaker profile, and a smaller throttle body.

well i am going to run the b18a throttle body on the first gen b16. are they the same size? also go into more detail about the differences in first gen b16 cams and second gen b16 cams. more less lift duration. also is there a site with all these specs?
I just swapped in 01 ITR cams for the stock b16's, and the car seems to dip at vtec a lil for a second, but then rips all the way to redline, a lil more aggressive than the stock ones did....dyno this weekend tho....

All 2nd Gen+ B16A's and B18C1's run the same spec cams... It's the P72 cylinder heads rocker ratio which increases the valve lift ever so slightly over the PR3... 2000+ ITR/CTR IN cam is all you really need... I've gotten ~1whp sometimes adding in the EX after... Just my $0.02... Peace
