I'd say with the right tuning, about 235-240 to the wheel.

why you having custom cams made with no overlap? how do you expect to make any N/A power without it?

Are you running boost? The only reason for less overlap. N/A motors like overlap. If this motor is N/A, I would guess about 200 whp. Better cams and more tuning and you could get 230-250 depending...

Other than the cams and header, I don't see why you shouldn't make 230-240.
What compression are you running on this? Did Dan do the whole motor or just your head?

no overlap will provide good bottom end but your top end will be held back hardcore! who convinced you that no overlap was the way to go? were you planning on throwing a turbo on it? and im curious what your compression is. and are running a stock 87.2mm crank?

Crower's New B Series VTEC Race Core
Crower is pleased to introduce a new high performance core for the twin cam B series VTEC engine platform. This new core features bigger secondary and primary lobes for unlimited spec and the ability to run outer lobes only, grinding away the mid lobe. The fact that Crower grinds the cams in house gives you the opportunity to mix and match profiles for your particular application. Other possibilities are bigger idle lobes for increased performance on the bottom end, through the switchover point and beyond 10,000 rpm on the big mid lobe. This core is for serious race applications. Prices start at $750 for catalog grinds listed below , and $850 for custom cams with outer lobes only.

..ok, you win.

Then why do you care how much HP we think it will make?

Break it in, and strap it on the rollers and do some tuning.

..just sounds really shaddy when he knows what he's got (or wants) and hes neck deep in it but doesnt know how much power he's gonna make??? our guess is as good as his..and theres details that hes leaving out that just doesnt make sense! sounds like he doesnt know what hes talkin about..oversized valves sounds like hes going boost but hes going NA>??? short duration cams for 13:1 cr??? if he really has that setup then GOOD FOR HIM. and if he gets them at Shop discount then even better for him! ..but if hes come in here like a noob asking up how much power hes gonna make and how he got most of it for free and how the stuff that he did paid for he got at shop discount just to rub it in our faces then **** him and good luck......

..hope theres no hard feeling Goldfingiz

i never said i was going na. and im not trying to rub anything in anyones face i was just looking for opinions from others with similar setups to find out what works and what doesnt i have been building this motor for all nos setup not na ,or turbo so to clear up that issue im just here to get a diffrent view point on what kind of numbers that this motor could possibly be capable of with out the juice sorry if it seems shady im not trying to cause drama
