Default how much to adjust for milled head??

how much should i advance the cam gears for a head milled .040".....??

The generally accepted approximate formula is 1 degree of cam timing advance for every .012" removed.

i set them at +4.5int / +2.0exh to follow in some of the stock cam gear adjustments people have used on this site....
