How to modify a b and h series motor

I was looking at a book the other day and the title was something like "How to modify a b and h series motor." If anyone has seen this book it has info on mad parts. Where could i pick it up of get it online?

I got the same one, its a good read. Goto Borders or look online at Amazon.com Its around 20.00 or so.
