how to increase displacement in an h22?

Hey, I was jsut wondering if anyone out there could give me some tips on increasing displacement in my h22?

1990 + accord cranks, 1999 acura cl f23 crank, 92+ h23=f22.

can you be a little more precise with the numbers and such? I am thinki9ng that I'll probably use the mid sleeves, but I still dont know what bore and stroke.

build a f22/h22 vtec be a nice 2.3l motor and a huge 95mm stroke....can we say torque
