Here is a good place to start. VTM (vtec oil pressure, will also need a ground, in addition to the signal line off the ecu, I believe)

wire color~~terminal id~~~~~~ description ~~~~~~~~~~~~voltage value in DC
orange/blue/ D6 /VTEC Oil Pressure Switch Input /.5v-4.5v (varies with pressure)

so i run a ground wire from there to a ground, and a signal wire from there to witch one of these plugs?

The one-wire is vtec, the 2wire is vtec oil pressure aka VTM.
If you don't knwo where your VTS and VTM plugs are, I'l hazard a guess, and you'll need to know: How to read the pinouts on that chart, it follow a zig-zag pattern when looking at the connectors. My advice is locate (by color) the injectors, they are on the "A" connector which is the largest one. A1-A5 pins are injectors 1-4 and vtec, I believe, compare that link to the plug, you'll be able to figure out he numbering scheme based on the colors of the wires.

Secondly you need to get a wire INTO that plug. Oh, you'll need connector to use on the engine side of things also... The oil pressure one isn't hard to find, it's the same as several 2-pin plugs on the engine. The vtec solenoid is a one pin plug, that isn't really found anywhere else on the harness.

I dunno, I know HOW to do it, but not really how to walk you through it.

you could but that would defate the whole purpose of a plug just go to the junk yard. Because what if that needs to be replaced etc. your wires will get shorter and shorter or if you need to check for electrical current you have to cut wires
