Default How hard is it to put in a block guard?

As the topic says. Do you just tap it in, or is there more to it than that? Thanks...

edit: i just read another post saying that i am supposed to have it machined in, i read in a magazine, a how do section, and they said tap it in with a rubber mallet. now im confooosed. i am putting a turbo on my car and it was recommended that i have a block guard. any help would be appreciated...thanks

it all depends on the the gaurd. some needed to be pressed in then welded some just need to be tapped in.
