Install a AEM CAI polished with a 2.75" bypass valve in a 2000 Integra GS-R? Not a mechanic, but can handle minor mods...minimal tools!!!

installing the bypass valve will be harder than installing the actually intake
only reason because u just have to cut the pipe to put the valve on...

locating all the bolts for the stock airbox and resonator is another hard thing if your new to cars.

just follow the instructions and it'll be ez

hardest part will most likely be removing the front bumper and BTW this install is very easy to do

Removing the front bumper? Not necessary.

hardest part is to remove some grease of your hands after the installation. I think bumper removal is not necessary but makes things a little easier when removing the resonator.

I just put one in on my 96 ex it's really quite simple, On the ex you had to remove the bumper (hence it's a cold air intake) the hardest part was removing the stock intake. Just take it apart piece by piece, when it's all apart just play around, they are made to fit perfectly so if it dosen't something is wrong.
Not a mechanic either but very simple

jacking the car up, taking the wheel off, and taking the stone guard partially out is more then enough to get in there.

All that taking the stone gaurd off and tire seems quite a bit harder than unscrewing 2 screws in the wheel well to pull the bumper forward andpartially off. Leave most of the screws on the under side intact...
